   From the little bit of research I did on the Internet, I seriously doubt that it is.

   Curcumin is found in curry and turmeric. Mangosteen is a fruit. If curcumin is in mangosteen, that must be one spicy fruit. Yuk.

   Both are purported to be antioxidants.
