what do you think of mangosteen juice as a supplement?

hi someone told me this stuff does wonders. altho i am not sure what. however this person has good looks. do you think this will help me or just give me indigestion? if it will help me become better, then how?
oh i have to check out xango. i was drinking pomegrante but that stuff gives me indigestion. so i avoid it.

    Maybe. I’m not too sure on it, but remember supplements are supplements. They are designed to supplement your diet (or I should say healthy eating), and nothing more. But personally I would say just stick to the traditional healthy eating, cardio and resistance trainng and you’ll be fine.

    Mangosteen juice has a lot of good nutrients in it. So I don’t think it could hurt to drink it.

    As far as checking on the Xango site, they are a multi-level marketing firm. Everything they have to say is going to be positive about mangosteen. As I said it has good nutrients but I can’t see it as a miracle worker. It does have some anti-inflammatory properties but it is a very expensive anti-inflammatory in my opinion.

    If after doing research you decide to use this for your health, there are cheaper brands than Xango available.
