Remember that Mangosteen is usually an MLM scam and 3/4 of the cost will go to pay the upstream distributors. I like the POM brand Pomegranate juice mentioned here but don't know if it treats anything. I like the Pom/Blueberry combo that is about 4 bucks a bottle plus the knowledge that I'm not someone's personal income stream. SLE lupus is a very complicated autoimmune disease and I have a lot of trouble believing that drinking mangosteen juice by itself can cure lupus. I also know SLE is often very hard to diagnose and that many people with suspected lupus actually have some other undiagnosed illness and not lupus.
